APOLLO TYRES
- LEARNING UX DESIGN -

THE CONTEXT :
Apollo Tyres required a course design to be developed for the purpose of inducting new hires into their organization. They reached out to the company i was working with at that time (24x7 Learning) for a proposal and a pitch.
MY ROLE:
As the primary Instructional Designer on the project, I tried to stay true to their branding while developing an UX strategy that would put the control in the user's hand instead of enforcing a linear mode of learning which often tends to lean towards becoming tedious for any user.
THE OUTPUT:
I broke down the content, chunking each piece of information into Primary or Secondary information and developed a concept for the User Interface as displayed below. While we didn't win the account due to the client's budget and time restraints, my immediate supervisor was impressed with resulting work.
